Pro se Plaintiff Lawrence Hilsdorf (“Hilsdorf’ or “Plaintiff’) commenced this action pursuant to Title II of the Social Security Act (“the Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of a final determination by the Commissioner (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) denying his July 14, 2003 application for Social Security Disability Benefits.
