Before this Court are the consolidated appeals filed by Robert McGaffic, as the executor of the estate of Eleanor McGaffic, deceased, and in his own right, George G. Love, John W. Miller, individually and as executor of the Estate of Anita L. Miller, and the estate of Anita L.
