Andrew A. Lang, Jr. (Lang) appeals from the Allegheny County Common Pleas Court’s (trial court) March 24, 2014 order denying his Motion to Determine Computation for Delay Damages (Motion). Lang raises four issues for this Court’s review: (1) whether Hughes v.
