THE COURT.

A hearing was granted in this case after decision by the District' Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. Upon further consideration, we adopt the opinion of Mr. Justice Thompson as part of the opinion of this court. It reads as follows:

“The plaintiffs have appealed from a nonsuit which was granted upon the completion of their evidence at the trial of suits for damages for personal injuries Sustained as a result of alleged negligence.
