MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

RICHARD J. HOLWELL, District Judge:

Before the Court is plaintiff Paul Bogoni’s motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 for an order preliminarily enjoining pro se defendant Vicdania Gomez and all others acting in concert with her from using various Internet domain names registered to the defendant and associated with the plaintiffs name. For the following reasons, the motion is GRANTED.
