Grosvenor Anschell appeals from the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Disciplinary Board’s (Disciplinary Board) decision unanimously adopting the hearing officer’s recommendation that Anschell be disbarred for failing to act with diligence in an immigration matter (the Barakat matter) where he neither engaged in any action at all for his client after an initial appearance nor withdrew from the case.
