-Convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced to sis years in the penitentiary, defendant prosecutes error.

Defendant Wright and the deceased, Weaver, lived in the same neighborhood, the distance between their residences being about one mile, and on the same county road. About nine years previous to the fatal affray, they had quarreled over the price of a bull which one proposed to buy from the other.
