Samuel H. Hutchinson instituted this action in the Circuit Court of Fayette County against Montgomery Memorial Park Corporation, Carl Berry, Jack Fannin, Joe Tabit and Andrew Tabit, the persons last named being a partnership trading as T. & T. Company. _
Plaintiff seeks recovery for personal injuries suffered by him as the result of a collision between two motor vehicles, which occurred on U. S.
