Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the superior court affirming the decision of the board of directors of defendant school district not to renew plaintiff’s teaching contract.
Plaintiff Duane W. Reagan, who had 5 years experience as a teacher following his retirement as a major from the air force reserve, was employed by Republic School District 309 for the school year 1967-1968. On March 29, 1968 he was notified in writing of the decision of the board of directors not to renew his employment contract for the ensuing term.
