LURTON, Circuit Judge.

This is an application for leave to file a bill of review upon the ground of newly-discovered evidence. The original decree was pronounced by the circuit court for the district of Kentucky in June, 1894. Upon an appeal to this court, this decree was affirmed, June, 1895. A petition to rehear was filed, and, upon consideration, denied. A petition was then filed in the supreme court praying that court to take the case upon a writ of certiorari.
