Plaintiff Base Metal Trading, Inc. (“Base Metal”), a Guernsey, Channel Island corporation brought the present action to confirm a foreign arbitration award against Defendant OJSC “Novokuznetsky Aluminum Factory” (“NKAZ”), a Russian corporation.
