Plaintiffs-appellants, Robert L. and Tacy Dennison, appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment. We reverse.

This cause arises from the Dennisons’ decision to buy defendant-appellee Catherine Koba’s home. The Dennisons inspected the property before purchasing it. During the inspection, Robert noticed a small (V' wide) crack on the basement wall. This crack extended from either side of a piece of pegboard that was attached to a portion of the wall.
