This is an action brought by the Perin Engineering Company, Inc., successors to Perin & Marshall, of New York City, to recover for services rendered as consulting engineers in an effort to reduce operating expenses of the Tulsa Rolling Mills Company, a Delaware corporation, operating a steel mill at Sand Springs in Tulsa county, Okla. The amount involved is $1,310.40, which plaintiff below claims was due it for services rendered and expenses of making an investigation of the mill’s business.
