Carrie Dean, hereinafter called plaintiff, sued the city of Bartlesville, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called defendant, in the district court of Washington county, Okla., for damages for serious physical injuries sustained by plaintiff when she fell into a ditch located in a park in the defendant city.
