(concurring) : The appeal in this case involves the construction of a deed executed by Sarah Hogg, formerly Sarah Briggs, to her son, Judson Briggs, dated July 19, 1892.
Preliminary to a consideration of the.deed referred to, it may be helpful to understand the somewhat complicated family relations of the parties involved.
