li>The appellant, Rebecca Cunningham Daigle, appeals the Motion for Summary Judgment granted in favor of appellee, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS

On July 23, 2001, Rebecca Cunningham Daigle, (hereinafter Ms. Daigle) and her then husband, Feltus Daigle, entered into a note secured by a mortgage on a home located in Jefferson Parish Louisiana.
