Rosaura Longoria, Santiago Longoria, Jr., and Lusila Longoria, all minors, brought suit against Texas Landscape Company seeking damages arising from the death of their father, Santiago Longoria, iSr., who died as the result of injuries received in a collision between an .automobile which the said Longoria was .driving and an automobile of the Texas Landscape Company, operated by its employee, in the course of its business.
