This is a suit for damages in-i stituted by appellee against the insurance ■company and A. F. Zunker, in which it was alleged that appellee had been injured through the negligence of Zunker in causing a collision between an automobile operated by the latter and a motorcycle operated by appellee. The grounds of negligence were that the automobile was operated at an illegal and dangerous rate of speed, that is, in excess of 25 miles an hour; that the automobile was operated on the left side of the street, in defiance of law; and that in passing the motorcycle the automobile was moving in an…
