Plaintiff Charlotte Levine-Diaz (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Levine”) filed this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), against her former employer Humana Health Plans of Puerto Rico, Inc.1 (“Humana” or “Defendant”), ai*138leging discrimination on the basis of sex and gender, sexual harassment and retaliation for engaging in protected conduct.
