In its Report and Recommendation, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the Board on Professional Responsibility has recommended that Daniel S. Chang, Esq., a member of the bar of this court, be suspended from practice for six months for commingling and unintentional misappropriation. Chang contends before this court that the recommended discipline is too harsh, and he urges the court to issue a suspension of thirty days, as recommended by the Hearing Committee.
