Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Xanodyne”) has filed three consolidated motions to dismiss in this multidistrict litigation. [MDL Record Nos. 444, 639, 666] It has also filed a motion to dismiss in an individual case, Wagers v. Eli Lilly and Company, et al., on the same grounds.
