On June 10, 1918, appellants as parties of the second part, and appellees as parties of the first part, entered into a written contract whereby appellees agreed to convey certain real estate to appellants upon the latter paying appellees the sum of $5,200 as follows: $1,165 cash, and the sum of $80 on or before July 10, 1918, and a like amount on or before the tenth of each month thereafter during five years, all the balance to be paid on or before June 10, 1923, with interest on all unpaid installments at the rate of seven per cent, per annum computed monthly and deducted from the monthly…
