This matter is before the court on the Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 34) and Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 55) filed by Defendant. Equifax Information Services, LLC (“Defendant” or “Equifax”). Plaintiff Arthur Hill (“Plaintiff’ or “Hill”) filed the instant lawsuit pro se, alleging violations of various provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related North Carolina state statutes.
