Plaintiff is an attorney, representing himself pro se in this action for breach of contract, specifically for nonpayment of legal fees which plaintiff claims he is entitled to. Plaintiff moved to disqualify defendants’ counsel. That motion was denied on September 12, 2003 as nonjusticiable (with dicta that it was meritless).
