*1619Appeal from a judgment of the Wayne County Court (Dennis M. Kehoe, J.), rendered March 2, 2010. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of rape in the second degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree, sexual abuse in the third degree (four counts), endangering the welfare of a child, rape in the third degree and peijury in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and on the law by amending the orders of protection and as modified the judgment is affirmed, and the…
