*1278Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of, inter alia, three counts each of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1], [3] [intentional and felony murder]) and robbery in the first degree (§ 160.15 [2]-[4]). We reject defendant’s contention that County Court erred in giving a jury instruction on consciousness of guilt.
