MEMORANDUM OPINION

(November 16, 2007)

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on several post-verdict motions filed by the Defendant, specifically, Defendant’s Motion for Acquittal (vie)1 and Memorandum of Law in support thereof, as well as a Motion for New Trial in the Alternative that the Court Does Not Grant Defendant’s Motion for Acquittal (vie) and Memorandum of Law in support thereof.
