Appellant Herman T. Woods appeals the Order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County on November 4, 2016, dismissing as untimely his serial petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA). Because this petition is untimely without an applicable exception, we affirm.
