McDONALD, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the action of the Trial Court in overruling pleas of privilege filed by one of the defendants in an interpleader suit. Parties will be referred to as in the Trial Court. Union City Transfer filed this suit in Harris County as plaintiff as an interpleader suit (brought by virtue of Article 5628 Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. and Rule 43 Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) against the Crispin Company.
