This writ of error was sued out to review a judgment of “no cause of action,” entered on a verdict directed by the court, on an action in ejectment begun by the plaintiff in error in the New Jersey Supreme Court and removed by defendants to the District Court. The land in question was requisitioned and used under the authority of the Acts of Congress of March 1, 1918 (40 Stat. 438 [Comp. St. 1918, Comp. St. Ann.
