OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Bentz Metal Products, Inc. (Bentz) filed this interlocutory ap peal challenging the denial of its motion to dismiss the claim of Appellee-Plaintiff Kermit J. Stephan. Bentz asks us to decide whether a cause of action for wrongful termination is available to an employee covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

We affirm.
