HAMITER, Justice.

The Union Sulphur Company, Inc., because of two separate controversies relative to royalties due for oil produced under its lease on a 40-acre tract of land in Jefferson Davis Parish, instituted this concursus proceeding, depositing in the registry of ' the court a sum of money representing the disputed interests and citing the respective claimants.
