Presently before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. Dkt. No. 6. *1313Upon due consideration, Defendant’s motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.

I. Factual Background

A. Family Books a Flight

This case is predicated upon alleged unlawful discrimination against airline passengers.1 Plaintiffs Joseph Benjamin and Eunide Benjamin (collectively, “the parents”) are married. Dkt. No. 1 ¶ 14.
