Silvia V. Bock brought an action in the district court against Thomas T. Newby, Dawn M- Newby and Ivan M. Morris to have her title quieted in and to an easement across lands of the defendants and to enjoin the latter from asserting or claiming any right or title in and to the easement or interfering with the plaintiff and those in privity with her from full use and enjoyment of the same, and for damages. The action was tried by the court. At the conclusion of all of the evidence, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff and against the defendants, who bring the case here by writ of error…
