Findings of Fact

1. This action was instituted May 12, 1942, seeking revocation of the citizenship certificate issued to defendant, August Klapprott, on November 16, 1933, claiming that he had taken a false oath of allegiance to procure the certificate. Defendant was served with copy of the complaint and summons on May 15, 1942. He has never filed an answer, either personally or by counsel.
