Named Plaintiffs Debra Julian and Stephanie McKinney bring suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 - 19, and the laws of Connecticut and New York, against their former employer, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
