In October 2011, Plaintiff Renee Hawkins filed a Complaint asserting claims against Defendant Aloriea, Inc. (“Alorica” )for failing to pay wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”)and the Indiana Wage Payment Act {“IWPA”).
