The two issues presented by this appeal are: (1) Is the trial court’s finding, that the deed from Herman to Christian was the result of undue influence exerted by John, against the great weight and clear preponderance of the evidence?(2) Did the trial court commit prejudicial error in admitting evidence alleged to have been improperly received?
