In this breach-of-contract action, Marrs and Smith Partnership and its general partner, Rickey Smith, appeal the trial court’s judgment in favor of Sombrero Oil *56and Gas Company, L.L.C.1 That judgment incorporates the partial summary judgment for Sombrero on the issue of liability—and a concomitant award of restitution damages—and the jury’s award of attorney’s fees, but not consequential damages, to Sombrero.
