The bill herein was filed to obtain construction of the will of George M. Nason, deceased. The second clause of the will provided:
“I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Lucinda Nason, the net income from all the balance of my property, real, personal and mixed of every description that I may die seized of, wherever situated, for and during her natural life, and should my wife at any time desire to use any portion of the principal of my said estate, then, in that event, it is my will that my said wife, may use such part or portion of the principal of my said estate as she may desire,…
