Appeal from Chippewa; Fead, J. Bill by Maybell Leslie Cracknell Calhoun against Sarah Jane Cracknell for the construction of a will. From a decree dismissing the bill, plaintiff appeals.

The plaintiff herein, claiming a remainder under the will of the late Arthur B. Cracknell, brought this suit for the construction of the will. From a decree dismissing the bill, the plaintiff has appealed.

*432The will in question was a holographic will, and as it appears in the record (with its peculiar punctuation and use of capital letters) .is as follows:

“Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.,
“January 25th, 1890.
“I Arthur, B. Cracknell of Sault Ste Marie Michigan being of Sound mind And memory do make this my last will and testiment first I give devise and bequeath All of my real estate and personal…
