In this dissolution action, appellant contends that the district court abused its discretion by (1) failing to award him spousal maintenance and failing to reserve jurisdiction over the issue of maintenance; (2) valuing and dividing parties’ property, including the parties’ van, homestead, business, unaccounted-for personal property, and stock shares; and by (3) denying his motion for a new trial.
