PDK Laboratories Inc. (“PDK”) brings these actions against the Attorney General of the United States and the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration, in their official capacities, as well as against the United States Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration (collectively “defendants” or “DEA”), seeking injunctive and declaratory relief.
