OPINION

By CRAMER, J.

This cause, which was heard without the intervention of a jury, was submitted to the court upon the pleadings, the evidence, the arguments and memoranda of counsel.

Plaintiff is the widow of a former employee of the P. Lorillard Company at Middletown, Ohio. The deceased had been such an employee for a period of approximately forty-five years prior to his death, .which took place on the 13th day of June, 1949.
