These matters come before the Court on two Bills in Equity filed by Betty Shiflet and W. Riley Shiflet against the Estate of Jerry May, deceased, alleging that as a result of an October 5, 1966, transaction, the plaintiffs gave the decedent, Jerry May, $4,400.00 to purchase 880 shares of stock in a pharmaceutical company to be held in the decedent’s name for the benefit of the plaintiffs. They further allege that as a result of various types of stock splits, dividends, etc., the original 880 shares have increased, or would have increased, to approximately 35,640…
