The Traders and Truckers Bank of the city of Norfolk closed its doors on the 7th of August, 1909. On August 9 the board of directors passed a resolution, in pursuance of which the bank executed a deed of assignment of all its assets to James R. Winston. On August 11 Winston filed his bill in the court of law and chancery of the city of Norfolk, asking the guidance of the court in the administration of his trust.
