Appellee J. P. McCord, executor of the will and estate of Mrs. Martha Tyler Overall, deceased, ffled this suit against all persons interested in the will or estate of said decedent to construe her holographic will and her holographic codicil thereto, which read, omitting unnecessary portions, as follows:
