Error to Court of Civil Appeals of Fourth Supreme Judicial District. Suit by John Greenleaf Darragh and others against John Darragh Barmore. From judgment for plaintiffs, defendant appealed to the Court of Civil Appeals, which reversed the case and rendered judgment (231 S. W. 472), and plaintiffs bring error.

This' suit' was instituted by John Greenleaf Darragh and Mabel Darragh Jenkins, joined by her husband, John L. Jenkins, plaintiffs in error herein, against John Darragh Barmore, a minor, defendant in error herein, to obtain a construction of the will of Anna Pendleton Sheppard Darragh, who died on January 8, 1919. Said will was duly probated and reads as follows:

“First. I give and bequeath to my beloved children, John Greenleaf Darragh and Mabel Darragh Jenkins, all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, choses in action, bonds and securities and moneys of whatever kind or 'character,…
