In this case, appellant Cyndia A. Morris challenges two deeds by which she allegedly conveyed her residence, claiming her signature was forged. Following a bench trial, the trial court signed a judgment in which, in relevant part to this appeal, it “ordered, adjudged, and decreed” that title to the property described in one of the disputed deeds was vested in appellee Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
