Bob Montgomery Chevrolet, Inc. d/b/a Bob Montgomery Collision appeals the trial court’s denial of its special appearance in this suit brought by Dent Zone Companies. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (West Supp.2012). Montgomery brings five issues asserting the trial court erred by denying its special appearance. The parties’ arguments include whether a written contract incorporated by reference terms and conditions, including a forum-selection clause, listed on an internet web site.
